How can I change my username, billing info, password or email address?

Changing your personal information can be done in the account section of Strategyzer.com. Once you’ve logged in, navigate to Account in the bottom corner, as seen here:


The account section is where you can change your username, personal information, email address and password. You can also change your organization size, industry, primary use and preferred language.

Manage your projects under Subscriptions, as seen here:


Update your billing information, change your credit card number or add your VAT number under Billing Info, as seen here:


Review and download your receipts under Invoices, as seen here:


Note: Once an invoice is generated it's not possible for it to be changed. This is due to account audit restrictions. Therefore billing addresses on already created invoices will not be updated retroactively . The invoice will display the billing address associated with the account's billing info that was present at the time the invoice was created.
